La Scala is produced with yarns obtained from recycled Polyamide ECONYL. Econyl is a nylon yarn obtained from recycling nylon such as discarded fishing nets and textile production waste.
ECONYL is a nylon yarn obtained through the recycling of nylon waste such as discarded fishing nets and textile production waste. This waste, which would othewwise be destined for disposal, is recovered and transformed into a new yarn with the same characteristics as a virgin nylon.
